Jim is a named inventor on 27 patents and previously led a $200mm IPO as CEO of Stratos Lightwave.

Neil has 35 years’ experience as a lawyer, banker, C-Level executive, and entrepreneur. He has structured, restructured, and managed dozens of businesses in many industries. Neil founded and is Senior Managing Director of Structuring Advisory Partners and co-founder of both Water Integrated Treatment Systems Holdings, LLC and Greenline Environmental Solutions, LLC.

In 2009, Chris became the first outside investor in a truly transformative energy technology that can change the way we power our world: zero emission, sustainable, and renewable Hydrogen derived from biomass.

Todd is a seasoned professional with 25 years of diverse expertise. He began in machining, improving production in automotive and aerospace. In 2003, he shifted to healthcare, focusing on business development and patient care enhancement. Todd excels at supporting investment decisions and investor relations in the renewable energy sector. He is now focused on advancing innovative ideas for Sustainable and Renewable energy projects.
